I ordered a large mocha with no ice, and they only gave it to me about halfway through my visit, which was frustrating. This is also the first place I've encountered that charges extra for splitting the bill instead of just putting it all on one card. They added extra items like munchkins to our order without us asking or receiving them, which increased the cost. Aside from that, the donuts are fine.
I ordered a large pumpkin spice with cream and sugar today, and considering it was in the low 40s, I thought it was obvious that I wanted it hot. Instead, I received a huge cup filled halfway with ice. Who wants iced coffee in this chilly weather? I won’t be coming back to this location.

I wish I had caught his name, but I placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived, he read my order along with my name, and we both shared a laugh. He definitely had that friendly Chick-fil-A vibe! What a great guy!
Great, clean Dunkin' location with friendly employees. The menu was impressive, and it definitely stood out compared to many other Dunkin' I visited, even when I was with a large group!
I absolutely love the staff! The new Donutbox is amazing! I tried a few that were so delicious they practically melted on the paper. Great job!
