The location closed early yesterday due to a power outage, which I understood. However, I placed an order through the app and didn’t receive it because the store was closed. The food was disappointing and lacked any real flavor, and the coffee was excessively sweet; the server didn’t even inquire about my preferred sugar level. He appeared to be unhappy in his job. Given that there’s a McDonald’s and a Wawa close by, I think I’ll be opting for McDonald's from now on, even though their service can be frustrating. I live close by and often stop by this place for my morning coffee. I really enjoy Dunkin' coffee, and they have a pleasant variety of tables and chairs where I can relax with friends or enjoy some quiet time on my own. I can confidently say that they treat their customers with respect and offer excellent service. I definitely recommend checking it out!

This is the slowest Dunkin' Donuts I've come across in the Philadelphia area. Waiting 20 minutes for an iced coffee is simply unacceptable. The staff is unfriendly and shows no effort to acknowledge the long wait or to be courteous.
