If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered a Sparked Berry drink and specifically requested no ice. I even had to remind the server a second time that I didn’t want any ice. She rudely interrupted me, saying, “Yeah, I got it.” When I arrived at the window, my drink had ice in it. I pointed out that I was told there wouldn’t be any ice in my drink. The rude woman at the speaker then yelled at me, saying, “Oh my God, it’s just three ice cubes.” However, there was definitely more than three ice cubes, and I had asked her twice to hold the ice. I ordered the avocado toast with bacon at Dunkin' and made sure to double-check my order before leaving. Initially, the woman at the counter said it wasn’t available that way, but a coworker confirmed that it was. She then reluctantly prepared the order, but it felt like she just threw the ingredients together. When I looked at it, it didn’t at all match what I expected based on the menu. On top of that, I was charged a dollar more than the price listed. While I don’t mind paying extra, I do expect my order to look and taste like what I’ve had there many times before.
The staff here is incredibly friendly, providing quick and excellent service. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel right at home. When I accidentally spilled a drink, they were very courteous and immediately offered to clean it up, even going the extra mile by offering me a complimentary drink. I highly recommend this place!
I ordered a croissant sandwich this past weekend, and when I got home, I realized that they gave me a wrap with half a sausage in it. They could have waited till I arrived and asked if I wanted something else. Instead they took it upon themselves to give me half a sandwich.

Terrible customer service , very unprofessional lady taking over the drive thru. Seems like she was having a bad day and was taking it out on the clients.
People often worry about the drive-thru. They have an alarm on the door that sounds when someone enters, but it doesn’t really solve the issue.
I placed my order using the app and walked in, and it was ready for me right away. They are quick and offer excellent customer service.
It seems like the cream cheese for the bagels is deducted from their paycheck.
