Abingdon DUNKIN ZERO customer service!! Awful Experience! Go anywhere else.. please Dunkin ?New? App is awful along with this local Dunkin. I wanted to redeem some points from the hundreds of dollars I give this local location. I produced QR they scan,say it didn?t work. (Meaning their technology not mine). The manger/Owner who has mastered the ability to be rude,condescending, ignorant and just plain mean. Said and I quote ?This is your problem to call customer service about, not myproblem. One star because I have to. I order an iced coffee with caramel, almond milk and two splendas everyday, M-F. My husband gets cream and sugar. When I asked if one of these was with almond milk the lady said yeah look at the sticker. I did look at the sticker and I saw what it said, however the color of my coffee matches that of my husbands which means there 's in-fact no almond milk. I sat at the drive thru window asking for a coffee with almond milk and the woman walked away and completely dismissed me. I paid for my meal and drinks in addition to the up charge specifically for the almond milk and then was literally ignored. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There are plenty of other locations to g...

I recently moved to this area and anyone who knows me knows that I?m ADDICTED to DD coffee. I frequent Dunkin nearly everyday and EVERY TIME I have ordered from this location my order is not right. (I?m not exaggerating) ATTENTION OWNER AND .... listen to what your customers are ordering and make how requested. $5 is not cheap to spend on a coffee on a daily basis and when I bring it back to be remade because you didn?t give me what I ordered in the first place an attitude or argument is the last thing you should be giving to me or any customer who spends their hard earned money in your establishment! Instead, maybe you should remember that without your CUSTOMERS you have NO PAYCHECK!

I've encountered some inconsistent service at this location. Employees often seem rushed and frustrated. Recently, I requested a black iced coffee with almond milk on the side, and they outright refused, despite my offer to pay extra. It felt unreasonable! When I received my coffee, it was mostly milk with just a splash of coffee. Frustrated, I left and went to Starbucks instead. While it might be pricier, at least I didn’t have any issues there. It's unfortunate that they lost my business over something so trivial. Most of the time, the staff either comes off as rude on the intercom or shows visible annoyance when I pull up. I am a regular, I come here (almost) every morning and get the same coffee order. I?ve been noticing however the employees are rude and miserable. The new lady at the window is never friendly and never smiles. The guy taking the orders rushes you and isvery rude. They make it seem like you are inconveniencing their day by being a customer. Sometimes my order is made incorrect,which is ridiculous. I?ve noticed that the Bel Air drive thru is completely different. They are very friendly, never had anyproblems. If I have to I will drive a bit further for better customer service.

They gave us donuts in a bag and all Of the chocolate was stuck to the bag. The order was incorrect. I do not recommend this place. What happened to the boxes with the paper to separate the donuts? This was totally unacceptable and they did not seem to have a problem with providing service this way.

So I gave it another chance and wasn't happy once again. Staff is Rude, never listen to what I order. Asked for decaf skim milk, got reg coffee and whole milk. Never again !! What's with the Rude guy at the counter anyway???? Done.

Terrible customer service. I go regularly because it is convenient but my order is almost never correct. Check carefully before you leave because it will be wrong.
