I love Dunkin Donuts coffee and many of their donuts still.. The egg, cheese croissant I've eaten for years now tastes over processed/artificial. This locations entrance and exit can be a bit confusing and risky... the traffic coming off Rt 5 makes ithard to exit plus they share a lot with the Social Security Building which has traffic coming in at the same place the exit forthe drive through is both situations are potential for accidents if you're not very alert)
I arrived 10 minutes after they opened up in hopes of buying a couple dozen donuts for my hard working early arrivals at work but nope! I was greeted with a ?we don?t have any donuts yet sir!? It should go without being said that if you sell one thing,then do that one thing right. I grew up living Dunkin for years! The smell and taste of fresh donuts is irreplaceable?it?s ashame they don?t cook them in store anymore.
I've tried this location 3 times thinking anyone can have a bad day. Unfortunately it's been a pattern. I hope someone from corporate will help this location by providing some basic customer service training. I can tolerate poor customer service if the product is great but 3 out of 3 times my very simple order was wrong and the food was far from great. My quest for a consistent dunkin continues!
Customer service was good.......But in the date of 8/29/2022 the store doesn't close until 9: 00p.m ...I was there around 8:35p.m.and the outside sign says all day breakfast I asked for bacon egg and cheese croissant they told me they couldn't do itoffer no explanation I just saw the two workers in there one was cleaning and both seemed very anxious to close up and go homebut they were pleasant Reserva una mesa ahora
very awful customer service. very rude, not even a how are you or thank you. i tried ordering a sandwich and she told me she couldn?t get me a sandwich because they were not taking them no more . keep in mind this is 5:30 in the afternoon and asked whattime they close she gave me an attitude real quick and told me 8 and said we already have our kitchen clean. very bad service?
Didn't have the donut I wanted even though it allowed me to order it online. saw employee wipe his nose while behind the counter. Charges $1 extra for non-dairy milk added to coffee.
Quick service. The female representative at drive up was super awesome! Couldn't hear her name, but am thankful for the stack of napkins the family needed!
This is my local spot. Friendly service, but the staff needs training. Unfortunately, at ths location, you pay extra for flavor shots and swirls. Bummer Reserva una mesa ahora
Our drinks were perfect. The interior of the restaurant could use an update and cleaning.
