Honestly, I would just avoid this place and the 10 minutes drive to thru Starucks. Even dunkin donuts. You turn off the espresso 30 minutes before the store is closed. my drink was wrong, so I just asked if they could give it back instead of making it new they just put it in a bigger cup and add more ice cream. The drink was completely too sweet, I had specified from the beginning I wanted light syrup. I am not sure why, but the male employee said that this is their policy, they stop espresso at a certain time to clean their machine. I worked at 3 different places that served coffee and never heard the espresso machines 30 minutes before closing, maybe 10, but not 30 minutes. The whole exper...
Extremely nice staff!!! They were unable to make one of my drinks since they did not have PSL yet. So they refunded my order and also gave me a free drink/baked good! They offered to give me a free future order but I dont live in the area. However they were extremely accommodating and the whole staff were very nice about the situation! If I were passing through again, I would make an effort to stop by there again. I believe the cashier was name Mosha ? very sweet person and one of the reasons why I prefer DD over SB!
I ordered food and a drink in the app. I'm going to the store and I see my drink and my bag with my name on the mobile order shelf so I can pick it up. I'm going to my car to check my stuff and they didn't give me my luggage. If I had gone, I wouldn't have realized until I got home. I went back and one of the workers says to the cashier, Oh, you have to give her back. You even had my reception in the cash register! Why not put everything together before placing the food order on the Mobile Order shelf?!
I wanted to send a short note of appreciation on your Lorton site. Since your manager Z arrived, the whole restaurant ALOT has improved. It is always so clean now and everyone is so fast and super friendly. Z goes out of her way to say hello come to everyone and always smiles. She really knows how to make the morning better. Your staff is also so nice and will go out for their customers. I just wanted to thank you.
