The staff at this location is always friendly and efficient, regardless of when I stop by. They always seem to be in a great mood. I really appreciate that they often add an extra munchkin or two when my kids are with me. I once ordered custom letter donuts, and they were perfect and ready exactly when I needed them. Plus, it was more affordable than a bakery for a custom order. I've been to several Dunkin' locations on Long Island, but this one is definitely my favorite.

I especially appreciate that they frequently include extra munchkins for my kids. I once placed an order for custom letter donuts, and they were perfectly made and ready right on schedule. Plus, the custom order was more affordable than at a bakery. I go to several Dunkin’ spots on Long Island, but this one is by far my favorite.
I ordered through the app and waited in the store for 10 minutes, only to be told that none of my items were in stock. Since they wouldn’t refund my order, I had to accept substitutes instead. When I got home, I found out they also forgot another part of my order. I had to go back, only to discover that they didn't have yet another item. I won’t be coming back; this used to be the best Dunkin' in town, and it’s really disappointing to see its decline.
