Dunkin' Donuts - Reserva de mesa

I had purchased a brew, and as soon as I stepped outside, an older lady approached me and asked if I could buy her a drink, as she was unable to afford one. I gave her my drink and went back to order another for myself. The ladies at the counter who were managing the place that day were incredibly polite and friendly. They refused to let me pay for another drink and instead made me a new cup on the house. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff were exceptional.

We didn't receive the dishes we ordered, and when we brought this to the attention of the staff, the response was quite rude and dismissive. We appreciate the attitude; we'll think twice before returning next time.

I received stale donuts because I used a coupon. They also made a mistake with my order and did not resolve it. To top it off, they brought the boxes out to my car instead of handing them to me properly.
