The empanada I ordered was not hot, and my latte was lukewarm. Every time I visit this location, the person in the drive-thru is unfriendly. There's never a greeting, a "thank you," or even a smile. He simply instructs you to come to the window and barely makes eye contact. I always say thank you and try to smile while he hands me each item, but he just hands them over without looking at me and doesn’t say a word, as if my presence is a bother to him. It feels like we're somehow persuading him to keep his job. I won't be returning to this location again.
This restaurant is quite disappointing. Each time I order a frozen drink or cappuccino, it arrives mostly melted with barely any ice cream. Even if I ask them to remake it, it just ends up the same way. It basically tastes like syrup topped with whipped cream, which feels like a real waste of money.
When I arrived home and saw my avacado toast I was shock to find how it had been made I took a picture and threw it in the trash. Horrible food preparation.
There was only one person working. The wait time was ridiculous, and my coffee was awful. The donut was hard as a rock. I definitely won't be back.
