This Dunkin' location is among the best in the area. The staff is well-trained, and the service is quick and efficient, which makes it a popular spot. However, during peak morning hours, they sometimes hurry customers along without properly stirring in the sugar, and there have been occasions when I've ended up with coffee grounds in my mouth. While I understand they're working under pressure to handle orders and maintain the drive-thru flow, it's still essential to take the time to ensure that simple orders are prepared correctly before sending them out.
Just your typical Dunkin', but I’m giving it 5 stars because Angie is absolutely wonderful! It’s so nice to be welcomed with a genuine smile and enthusiasm. She’s great with kids and even brought us extra cold milk to make sure the kids didn’t burn themselves on their hot cocoa. It’s these small thoughtful touches that truly make a place special.
This place is a fusion of Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. Unlike many Dunkin' locations, this one is quite spacious and includes tables, making it a great spot for gathering with a small group or just enjoying some coffee or ice cream. Its convenient location near Route 17 makes it easy to get to.
I had an excellent experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The cashiers and staff were extremely friendly, particularly the ladies who were all exceptionally kind and warm-hearted. They really made me feel welcome. The women working here are authentic and truly delightful!

I was definitely not satisfied with this Dunkin’. The hash browns were soggy even less than two blocks away. The Snacking Bacon was literally burnt black. The Mocha Coolatta lacked any flavor. The menu options need significant improvement.
I stopped by for my morning latte, but it tasted like regular burnt coffee! I definitely won't be returning. I had to repeat my order three times before they finally got it right!
The staff is always professional and friendly. My orders are consistently correct, and they are especially fast, especially in the morning. Excellent work, team!
They always remember to include my straw, so I never have to ask.
