Awful service! There were more than six employees, yet no one seemed willing to assist each other in taking orders faster. If only one person is at a station struggling, the others should step in to help. The teamwork was lacking; it took two minutes to get my drinks, and I literally watched the woman only just start preparing my food 5-10 minutes later. When I asked for a refund for the food, I was repeatedly told, "You can wait, it's almost done," even though I could clearly see that it wasn't. This is terrible customer service. I will never return.
I give two stars over one star because I can tell the workers are trying their best. I think management is the issue in this establishment. they forgot to give me a straw which I don?t understand how you can forget if all I ordered was a drink. myfriend next to me ordered food and they gave her everything but her doughnut. this has also happened multiple times where theyforget to give certain food items. when I am paying 349 for hashbrowns I would like to get my hashbrowns.
I have repeatedly encountered problems with receiving a hot latte from this establishment. Each time I order one, it arrives cold. When I spoke to the manager about this issue, they attributed it to the machine rather than the staff. In contrast, Starbucks coffee remains hot even after a 15-minute drive home, while Dunkin' coffee gets cold in just 5 minutes. It's truly disappointing that a coffee shop struggles to make a decent cup of coffee.
You had high hopes for your drink, which included Munchkins, oat milk, and gingerbread flavor. Unfortunately, when I arrived for my mobile order at 4 o'clock, they were out of everything I wanted. The staff was friendly and apologetic about the situation. I ended up getting an almond milk latte instead, and it was delicious!

Unfortunately, they had run out of munchkins, oat milk, and gingerbread swirl. I had been looking forward to the drink I ordered through the mobile app, but everything was sold out by 4 PM. However, the staff was friendly and apologetic. I ended up getting an almond milk latte instead, which turned out to be delicious.
I ended up leaving without my mobile order. People waiting in line took 40 minutes just for a breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, I had to leave without the iced coffee I paid for through the app, which made me late for work.
I love Dunkin', but this location is the only one that seems to get upset when they make a mistake with my order. I wish they'd take a breath and work with me to sort it out.
The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly and welcoming! The drinks are delightful, particularly the fruit refreshers, which I absolutely adore.

The staff were friendly and prioritized the safety of all customers by wearing masks. The coffee was excellent as well.
