Terrible service! 6 plus workers and no one can help each other make orders faster if there is only one person on a station that you see fighting you should help in and. Not good teamwork and took 2 minutes to make my drinks and got them literally watched the lady just begin to make my food 5-10 minutes later and I asked for my money back for the food and was told 5 times you can wait, it's almost finished what I could see clearly it was 't. No bad customer service. I'll never be here again.

I have consistently had issues with getting a hot latte from this place. Every time I order a hot latte, I receive a cold one. When I brought this up to the manager, they blamed it on the machine, not the employees. In comparison, Starbucks coffee stays hot even after a 15-minute drive home, while Dunkin' coffee is cold after just 5 minutes. It's disappointing that a coffee shop doesn't know how to make a proper coffee.

This restaurant is Dunkin Donuts. You know what to expect. I used to work at one in the past and have noticed that the menu has expanded significantly. They now offer a wide variety of food options. I usually order an ice cream or a cold brew with caramel syrup, sometimes adding an extra shot of espresso. It's always a good time there. Don't forget to try their delicious donuts.

Unfortunately, they had run out of munchkins, oat milk, and gingerbread swirl. I was looking forward to my drink that I had ordered through the mobile app, but everything was sold out by 4pm.
