Its getting ridiculous that every single day I'm trying to get jelly donuts from several different locations and for some reason nobody ever has any kind of jelly donut at their location. Neither a regular donut nor do they have the jelly munchkins. Did dunkin donut franchise run out of jelly all together? Did yall quit making jelly donuts without informing the public. This is every single day. Before even lunch time. Albemarle location, mint Hill location.I have managed a dunkin donuts in the past at one of the concord locations and I know that each week/ day as a store manager your job is to check the forecasted sales of donuts for the week and create a list for the donut maker in the morn...

I go to this place all the time. I don't have my car right now so I doordashed. I'm informed that there is no bacon. I didn't even get the right donuts. And I didn't get a straw for my drink. Every single thing about this order was messed up. And it had nothing to do with the Dasher. A lot of times when I get donuts from here they're not the donuts I want. They just throw random donuts in the bag. I don't like sprinkles. And now I have only donuts for breakfast. At that they're donuts I don't eat. I called the store to no response. I also don't have my car right now to go up there because it's in shop.

This is the nicest and best place to go at 5am when they open they have great employees and the food is great too. I’m coming to this Dunkin everyday no matter how many coffee shops are around I love seeing Jessica,Tina, Ann, and others. And the new general manager Mara is doing a great job of turning this store around to be better. Since she got here I’ve had no complaints and service and workers attitudes have been perfect.Parking: U have the store parking lot and the huge big lots parking lot if u need to use it.

This is the worst dunkin ever employees are rude there's always a line when I go. Then there's this mgr that acts like she don't know how to run a shift u would think she was a crew member the way she acts they Def need a new management team I will never ever give my business here again just need to shut this location down there always out of doughnuts or have a few selection of doughnuts before 12 every day out of the new wraps it always something there out of when I go this don't make sense Reserva una mesa ahora

I go here almost every morning because i want coffee, and when it’s good, it’s good. But they lack consistency. I order the same coffee, and it’s made different almost every single time. Some workers are nice and some act like they hate their job and dealing with customers. The line is HORRIBLE. I waited 20 minutes yesterday just for them to hand out one bag to the customer who could have been made to pull up and wait instead of making everyone in line wait.

Stoped in there on Saturday and the manager don’t care to help with anything looked like she was more worried about what she wanted and talking on her phone she is as rude as all the other managers this place has had I will be not coming here anymore it’s a joke come on dunkin you can do better then this she was talking bad about her boss and being rude to others get the right help

The fair is fast, excellent and the staff is a pleasure as always. We were far from impressed with the attitude of people during our short stay in Albemarle but the staff at the Dunkin Donuts across from the Quality Inn were outstanding and made up for all the rest!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant in Albemarle, North Carolina. They really struggle to make a decent cup of coffee. It's surprising because I've found great coffee at various spots up and down the coast, but this place just doesn’t measure up. Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff here are hardworking and friendly. It gets quite busy on weekends, but they always greet you with a smile.
