I've visited this place a few times, and although the staff is friendly, the quality of the coffee is lacking. Out of the five times I've been here, they only got my coffee right once. It feels like their attention to detail diminishes as closing time gets closer, especially about 90 minutes beforehand.
My drink had an unpleasant smell, and I believe the whipped cream was spoiled. I ordered a peppermint-flavored drink, but it seemed like they forgot to add the peppermint. I ended up having to throw it out. On top of that, the staff member had a bit of an attitude. Quite disappointing overall.
While there was a brief hectic moment, everything was managed exceptionally well. I really appreciate the outstanding service I received! I would like to speak with the manager about my experience. I definitely prefer this Dunkin’ over the one in Nanuet.
I used to work at the mall, and I never experienced any problems with my orders. While they were sometimes a little slow, there were a few occasions when I had to wait alongside one or two other customers for a few minutes to receive our orders. Reserva una mesa ahora
The customer service was disappointing. They refused to prepare food for us at 6:15, saying they close at 7:00, which I thought was quite unprofessional.
The restaurant is usually quite busy, but that day, they handled the line swiftly and efficiently.
