On October 22, 2022, I ordered three scoops of ice cream, but unfortunately, one of the chocolate scoops wasn’t properly secured in the cone. As soon as I stepped outside, it tipped slightly and the scoop fell off. I went back inside to explain the situation to an older Indian lady, letting her know that I needed a replacement since the scoop had fallen. While I received another scoop, I was surprised to find that I was charged for it again. It's disappointing that they didn’t ensure the ice cream was packed securely in the cone, prioritizing customer satisfaction. This will be my last visit to this Dunkin', and I wouldn't recommend it to others.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rudeness of an older woman with glasses who works there. When I went through the drive-thru, I requested that they remake my order, which I had picked up just 15 minutes before, because it was incorrect. They agreed to remake it, but when I got to the window, the woman with glasses had a poor attitude. She informed me that she couldn’t remake my drink because they couldn’t resell it. Since the mistake was not my fault, I shouldn’t have to pay for a new drink after they got my order wrong.

It usually takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but after my third visit, I’ve had enough. This will be the last time I come here! The morning staff is consistently rude and have made things difficult whenever they mess up my drink. They never apologize, nor do they greet customers with a simple good morning or thank you. This is completely unacceptable. Corporate should definitely pay this Dunkin’ a visit. I’m so frustrated that I’m considering calling them about it later!

The morning drive-thru attendant was very unfriendly. As a customer, I felt more like a nuisance than someone being welcomed. She even told me to go back to the end of the line when I approached the window and saw my order was ready but had been moved away. This has been an ongoing problem, and I've decided not to return. It seems they’d rather lose customers than address this employee’s rudeness. I contacted corporate and encourage others with similar experiences to do the same. Reserva una mesa ahora

The young woman who took my order delivered excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the man with glasses was repeatedly rude, which led me to stop visiting this location despite its convenience. When I asked about the total amount, he simply pointed at it without saying thank you, and his tone was consistently disrespectful. Additionally, my order arrived without any napkins or a bag, which was very frustrating!

This morning, I found small pieces of plastic in my coffee. The Indian woman named Mina was very unfriendly and insulted customers in her own language. I have concerns that she might be contaminating my coffee with bits of paper and plastic. Overall, she made for an unpleasant experience.
