On October 22, 2022, I ordered three scoops of ice cream, and unfortunately, one of the chocolate scoops wasn't properly secured in the cone. As soon as I stepped outside, it tipped slightly, causing the scoop to fall off. I returned inside to explain the situation to an older Indian lady, mentioning that the scoop had fallen and that I needed a replacement. I was given another scoop, but I was charged for it again. It’s disappointing that they didn’t prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring the ice cream was neatly packed in the cone. This will be my last visit to this Dunkin', and I wouldn't recommend this establishment to others.
The morning window attendant is quite unpleasant. As a paying customer, I felt like I was bothering her instead of being welcomed. She even had the audacity to send me back to the end of the line when I walked in and saw my food ready but moved away from the window. This has been a persistent issue, and I've finally had enough—I won't be coming back. It seems they would rather lose customers than replace this rude employee. I reached out to corporate, and I encourage others who have had similar experiences to do the same.
It really takes a lot for me to write a negative review. Well, 3rd time is the charm. Let me just tell you that this is the LAST time I go here! The morning crew is rude have given me a hard time whenever they have messed up my drink. They neverapologize, they never say good morning or thank you. This is absolutely unacceptable! Corporate should pay this DD a visit. I?mso mad, that I?m probably going to give them a call later!
The girl who took my order had excellent customer service skills. However, the man with glasses is consistently rude, which is why I stopped coming here, despite its convenience for me. When I asked how much I needed to pay, he simply pointed at the total and didn't say thank you. His tone is always quite disrespectful. Additionally, I had no napkins or bag with my order.
