I ordered three coffees—two iced with cream and sugar and one hot with cream and sugar—but they all arrived without sugar. I also ordered four donuts, and they were all hard and stale. When I brought this up to the young lady at the counter, she looked at me like I was crazy and just said, "Have a good day." My total was over $14, and I work hard for my money; I can't afford to waste it like I did yesterday at your Dunkin' Donuts. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
I had the Snackin’ Bacon and hash browns with a vanilla iced coffee made just the way I like it. Since I'm allergic to milk, whey, and dairy, I appreciate that they offer almond and oat milk as substitutes. The Dunkin’ Donuts at Rosedale on Rossville Blvd. consistently delivers excellent service. The team there is very customer-focused and efficient. Great job!
I had a wonderful experience with the customer service here, and the prices are quite reasonable. The drive-thru can be a bit tricky due to the limited space, which may not be ideal for larger trucks. However, there's a spacious parking lot behind the building that truck drivers can use if they choose to park and go inside. Plus, I got a new coffee cup today!

The service at this restaurant is consistently excellent. They always get my order right, and the staff is both efficient and friendly. I also appreciate that the wait time in the drive-thru line is relatively short.
