I was quite surprised and disappointed during my recent visit to this Dunkin' location. When I asked for a cup of ice with my drink, I was told it would cost $0.50. At the Dunkin' in Rutherford and the Starbucks in East Rutherford and Secaucus, I've never been charged for ice. This experience has definitely changed my opinion of this spot. I used to value its convenience, but I think they need to improve their customer service. On the bright side, the Dunkin' inside BJ's in East Rutherford always provides excellent service, and I look forward to visiting there when I'm out running errands.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin’. On my way to work, I stopped by this location, and the employee at the window was visibly sick—coughing and sneezing into his hands. When I politely asked him to wash his hands before preparing my order, he refused. Then, he told me to go inside the store and lied, saying someone would bring my bagel to me. His behavior was disgusting, and he also refused to give me a receipt.

I'm really frustrated with my experience. I ordered three servings of hash browns, but each order only contained five pieces instead. It seems like the staff might be new, or perhaps they’ve been making these mistakes without anyone catching on. I encourage everyone to double-check their hash brown orders at this location, as they consistently get my orders wrong. This restaurant is situated on Park Avenue in Rutherford, NJ 07070.
