The food was great, but I am a pretty good customer to them. I go a lot with some of my friends, but the lady today was not a good worker. When me and my friend were ready to order she was on the phone in the back. We had to wait about 15 minutes, I had to open the door to make the noise on it so she could see that we were here. I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher and stuffed bagel bites everything bagel. It showed on the receipt my order and she made me the wrong drink. I went up there very kindly and just told her this wasn’t the drink I ordered. She argued with me saying it was mine but I told her to look at the receipt and she still refused, then finally made my new drink. This...
My mother and I have been visiting this Dunkin' Donuts since I was a child. The staff always greet me with a smile, making me feel welcome every time I walk in! While there are several Dunkin' locations in town, this one is definitely our favorite, and I often choose to go here instead of the others. I truly appreciate the outstanding service, and I've never had a negative experience. They even remember my order as soon as I arrive. We absolutely love this Dunkin'!
The drive-thru service was exceedingly slow, and the manager's attitude was unpleasant. I witnessed him being very unkind to one of his employees, which was off-putting. Given that I'm usually in a hurry due to my job, I won't be returning.
