Wow, the manager here is rude. Not even sure why he works in the food industry when he?s so bad at customer service. He speaks condescendingly to his employees, and he did to me as well. I walked in to get a mobile order and he started yelling at me whenI went to check to see if it was ready. I hadn?t even SAID anything. I literally didn?t know he was speaking to me because heseemed so angry. When my order was ready and I went to get it, he told me that I said I didn?t have a mobile order and ridiculedme for saying that. I told him that I didn?t even hear what he had said to me before. if i could give this location a 0 i would ! There is a female who is taking orders there . She is extremely rude ! Rushes you while your ordering . I've been coming here for about a year on and off because i just cannot take her attitude . If you want tobe treated nicely always choose Starbucks??????????

Love their coffee, but they never seem to get the orders right. Kinda been a disappointment lately. Over $3 for a cup of coffee and they can't make it right. Sadly going down hill fast. They never say thank you any more either. They are hiring rude peoplelately, just my thoughts.

Placed my order at 3:15pm Blueberry muffin was fresh and delicious, but my medium decaf ice coffee with cream was so diluted, it tasted like I was drinking plain ice water with cream. I should have brought it back!!

The whole store is being run by rude arrogant young kids. Gave me an attitude because I asked for flavored coffee and they kept insisting they were out and to stop asking. Very upset with Dunkin donuts

Not the friendly places, but they always get my order right. Lately this place becomes a hangout for teenagers and pre-tenenes. I think it's time for them to post a NO LOITERING sign.
