I had a disappointing experience with the manager at this restaurant. His demeanor was quite rude, and I’m baffled as to why he is in the food industry when he clearly lacks customer service skills. He spoke condescendingly to both his employees and to me. When I arrived to pick up my mobile order, he started yelling at me for checking if it was ready, even though I hadn’t said anything at all. I didn't even realize he was addressing me because of his aggressive tone. When my order was finally ready, he claimed that I had said I didn’t have a mobile order, which was simply not true.
This was by far the worst drive-thru experience I've ever had. I tried to add a medium coffee to my order, but they refused. I might have understood if it were during a busy time like the morning rush, but it was Saturday at 2:15 PM. They said they were busy, yet there was only one car behind me in line. I couldn't believe it and asked, "Are you serious?" The employee at the window glanced at the manager, a blonde woman, who simply nodded in agreement. The young worker looked embarrassed, but the manager clearly didn't want to get up to pour the coffee.
Always order turtle blast(5—6.00) cup of coffee.. very hit and miss, sometimes its ok, other times it’s terrible. Tried a few times, understanding that people have bad days. But today was final straw, coffee was terrible and the pesto grilled cheese (great at other locations) was wet and soggy and the bread was not even toasted. I really enjoy their coffee, but they often mess up the orders. It’s been disappointing recently. Paying over $3 for a cup, and they still can’t get it right. Unfortunately, the quality seems to be declining quickly. They also rarely say thank you anymore. Lately, it feels like they’re hiring rude staff. Just my opinion.

The entire store is managed by rude, arrogant young employees. I received a poor attitude when I asked for flavored coffee, and they repeatedly insisted they were out and told me to stop asking. I'm very disappointed with Dunkin'.
I brought ice coffee 2 days ago and it tasted burnt I will never go to this place again they always take a long time and And there ice coffee don't taste good I wouldn't even give this a one star
I took my daughter here for some ice cream, but unfortunately, they were out of nearly everything, including cones.
