We waited an extra 20-30 minutes inside the store, defeating the purpose of curbside pickup entirely. To make things worse, many customers weren’t wearing their masks properly. Several staff members seemed unsure how to handle a simple refund, with some even suggesting we go home to get our bank card—impossible since we were far away.
Overall, it was a complete mess. All we wanted was a cup of coffee, but they couldn’t get that right. We wasted 50 minutes, and nothing was handled properly—the coffee, the service, or the refund. It was incredibly disappointing, and we left with no resolution. This experience was well below what I expect from Dunkin’, and I’m truly disappointed.
I've only had two cups of coffee here so far, but I must say that the service is quite speedy. The coffee was prepared exactly to my liking, making this spot worth a visit. The interior is moderately spacious, falling somewhere between small and medium. The staff was pleasant; I had no issues at all. The place was also very clean and inviting. It’s rarely busy, except perhaps in the mornings, but during the late afternoon and early evening, there's usually no wait. Its location is convenient for those traveling on Route 23. While it might not be the absolute best, it definitely meets my needs.
I sampled a blueberry muffin, and it was simply delightful. I would have rated it 5 stars, but the large, crunchy sugar crystals on top made it too sweet for my taste, adding unnecessary calories. A reduction in the extra sugar would elevate it to perfection!
The customer service was disappointing. After waiting 20 minutes, I discovered my order had been missed. To make matters worse, when I expressed my concerns, I was asked to leave so as not to bother other patrons. I'm very let down by this experience!

Dunkin' disappointed me with terrible customer service, and to make things worse, the Boston cream donut from their menu had no cream inside.
This is my favorite Dunkin' in the area. I really enjoy getting my coffee here because both the staff and the owner are always so friendly.
The donuts here are incredible! The establishment is spotless, and the staff is extremely friendly.
Who doesn't LOVE the fall Dunkin!
