This is definitely one of my favorite spots. The staff is always friendly, and the line moves quickly. I've been coming here for years, around twice a week, and the accuracy of my orders is nearly flawless. If they're out of cold brew, they just let you know—that's it. Unlike other places that tend to water it down. Additionally, at many locations, the powdered Munchkins often have flavors that are too similar to the bagels. Here, however, I frequently find powdered Munchkins that don't taste like onions or garlic, which I really appreciate.
