Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

This has happened more than once but today really put me in a bad mood. I arrived at opening (6 am on a sunday) and figured the doors would be locked since they started that habit recently.Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes because I thought hey maybe something happened and they're understaffed. When I gave up I pulled to the front and could see everything was set up but the doors were locked. I waited and even called the store. After 30 minutes I saw their manager stroll I'm and open the door. I waited a bit and walked in after 2 minutes thinking maybe she's by herself. But turns out there were two employees I'm there the entire time. Was ignored at first because they were too busy telling a story about their night before drinking. I work in coffee as well and this is really unacceptable. I don't know what happened to the staff that was here before and during the summer, but anyone that was good is pretty much gone. What the heck is going on, Dunkin'? Been coming to this location on and off for years, and is always hit or miss. I am a barista at Starbucks, and for me, there is no comparison with their coffee so I usually won't even bother getting that, but I do like their breakfast offerings. Today was my first visit back after about 6 months, and have to say not much has changed. The drive thru was another long wait. The bacon on my sourdough breakfast sandwich was burned. Unusual for me, but I ordered a hot vanilla latte about as basic as you can get as far as preparation. I was told it was not available hot... ? Ok I'll have it iced. It was made incorrectly; missing a shot or maybe the wrong grind, because it just tasted BAD. Hoping one day they can get it together.

I enjoy coming to Dunkin’ Donuts but yesterday there was a worker there the young boy he had an attitude every time I asked a question like he was frustrated and he he didn’t really want to give me my coffee the way I wanted it and when I asked him for something, he was kind of rude about it Hopefully he has better days. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Bacon Egg and Cheese Wake Up Wrap, Bagels

This location sucks. They are always understaffed and so slow with orders. It's busy because of the area and not because of the store. I wish they would just replace with a Starbucks already. Would be better if management just staffed accordingly.

Met with a sign that let me know what I could not order. Seems like a more focused management team would do a better job of inventory or change the menu. I came away with a frozen coffee which was delicious! And served quickly.
