Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I was twice at this place, both paintings were my order wrong. the first was over the drive thru, I waited about 5 min on the window, while the hired laugh and wore, and they gave me the wrong drink, the second time, I went in, I was asked (and was loaded) for a big, but got a medium and again it was made wrong. both visited were within the last 7 days (I am not the type to make a scene or to illuminate a co-worker, I only took my order and left). I will not return to this place.

Used to be the spot to go but ever since they keep hiring all these new young lids almost weekly it’s a whole disaster up in this Dunkin’ donut. The service is horrible, service is slower than a snail, they get all the orders wrong and my morning coffee the way theyMake it starts my day off terrible. The drive through is always backed up and no one inside knows nothing. It’s horrible horrible. I highly recommend going to the Dunkin’ on post avenue or the one in Carle place.

The restaurant was chaotic, with the employees swearing and not paying attention to their work. It took 7 minutes to receive 3 coffees, while the staff were chatting among themselves. When I asked for the other coffees, the server seemed to have forgotten about them. Overall, it was the worst service I have ever experienced and the coffee was burnt.

The six donuts were all hard and stale, as if they had been on display for a long time. I had to throw them away. What a disappointment! I bought them in the afternoon, but they should have been thrown out and never sold. The inside of the place looks dirty. I won't be coming back anytime soon. Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered a peach lemonade online and when I went to pick up, they said it’s not available and I have to call customer service to get the refund. Instead they want me to order new drink without even refunding. Worst customer service ever.

I love this Dunkin Donuts. The staff is always fantastic and very friendly, even when I stop by at 1am the employees are so nice. This location is the only one that perfectly makes my milkshakes just the way I like them.

Some of the staff, especially this African American girl, appear to be very sleepy, slow, and make a lot of mistakes.
