I recently became a fan of Dunkin'. My go-to order is the Charli Cold Brew with Cold Foam, light ice, extra caramel, and stirred well. Unfortunately, they were out of caramel so I opted for chocolate instead, and they suggested the Chocolate Stout. I asked for light ice and for it to be stirred well. When I received my drink, it didn't look like it had been stirred at all. If I had used a straw, I would have gotten a mouthful of sugar. I request light ice for a reason - I want to enjoy my drink without a sugary surprise at the bottom of the cup.
I live in the Brooklawn area and prefer this restaurant over others because the service is much better here. Although sometimes my order gets mixed up or they skimp on the bacon in sandwiches, I don't have much to complain about as it is still better than other Dunkin' Donuts around here. Last week, they forgot part of my order but gave me a free donut as compensation. I understand that the whole country is understaffed and some new employees make mistakes, so I can't be too upset about it. Hopefully, they will learn and improve.
I placed my order through the app but did not receive my free coffee. I was charged for it, and when I mentioned this to the staff, they attempted to deceive me. The muffin was dry and unappetizing, and the hash browns were rubbery. I would recommend visiting a different location or going to WAWA instead. Not all Dunkin locations are the same- this one is absolutely one of the best. Every time I go here, their drive-through is the fastest, most efficient service I've ever had anywhere. Line of 5 cars served in less than 5 minutes. My order was ready less than a minute from pulling up to the window. And their staff is consistently polite and gets the order right. I have visited this restaurant twice before without any problems, but on my most recent visit, I had an issue. I would like to speak to the district manager about the incident. This morning, a lady named "Jaruti" was speaking poorly about me in Hindi because I asked her to fix my drink. She was very disrespectful and needs to improve her behavior. My rating for the food, service, and atmosphere is all 1 out of 5.
The restaurant may have forgotten a few items I requested, but the staff are friendly and my food is always delicious, as well as the coffee! They offer take-out service for brunch at a price range of $10-20 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 4 out of 5.
