I usually order through the drive-thru at Dunkin’, and my drinks have always been great. But today, I decided to go inside and order, and it was a completely different experience. The drink I usually get is very sweet, but this time it was extremely bitter. My partner tried it and noticed the coffee was badly burnt. I barely took a sip before we even left the store, so we went back to the counter to ask for a remake. The woman at the counter refused and when my partner asked if they just serve burnt coffee to customers, she replied, "Yeah… I guess." Drinks are made right, but the priority is not engaging and taking care of the customers. Employees get distracted socializing with each other. If you order on the app and select walk-in its very likely you 'll order will end up on the drive-thru area.You then wait forever while employees converse. This has happened twice in a row for me, the 2nd time they put one drink on thepick up counter area for walk ins and the rest of the order in the drive thru spot.
I order an ice coffee and I told them it?s not made probably I need more espresso shot and sugar she was looking at me crazy and mumbling to the employee!!! Guys go somewhere that?s going to treat customers with respect I wouldn?t even let my daughter workthere very unprofessional and rude people with mangers that don?t care .
quality none.. been up and running since 5:30 am on my way home from work I go and get a coffee and it?s just terrible. My guess is that it?s late closing up and want to just get it done. I get it, but let?s do better. Gave a 5 star because I?ve beenhere before and I know it?s quality soooo yeah. Just a lil more effort

The bagel was ok.. but the butter pecan latte tasted horrible! Extremely milky and lacked coffee flavor! The order taker and expeditor at the time, needs to be more personable and enthusiastic about her job and serving customers.
First time there, drive thru Coffee was watered down, no sugar, bagel was not toasted. Nothing like getting home and sipping on bad coffee do better DD of Westfield. Professionall behavior., Ok.
Hit of miss with the staff... Some days you get phenomenal service ... Other days, you get half of what you pay for ???????????... Not sure i wanna come back to this location.
Revised review. Gone downhill since last review. Extremely slow service. 10 minute wait minimum in car lane. Coffee tasted like dishwater with cigarette buts. Avoid.
