I visited Dunkin' at 7:38 PM and was disappointed by the service. When I arrived, the staff had already pulled out the cash drawer, even though they were supposed to be open until 8 PM. I waited in the drive-thru for five minutes, then attempted to go inside to place my order, but the door was locked and I noticed staff trying to hide, except for one who seemed indifferent. I got back in line and waited another five minutes, but no one came to take my order. It's frustrating to see a place I used to enjoy decline like this over the past year.
I had an amazing experience at this Dunkin Donuts the other day. I called to place a large Togo order and it was ready for me when I arrived. The gentleman was incredibly friendly, asking about my day and helping me carry the order out to my car. The coffee was hot and the donuts delicious. Even better, the large order was super affordable for our team. Will be coming back!
A friend went to go pick up an online order for our office, and on the way back almost got into a wreck and spilled everyone?s coffee. She asked us to go ask if they would remake them, and they did! Very kind and understanding. I then immediately spilledmy coffee in the parking lot when I walked out. Some days you?re just not meant to have coffee. Great service though!!
We ordered 2 iced coffees and we got 2 cups of flavored milk with a splash of coffee, but atleast it took a really long time to get it. If I would have got a receipt I would have tried to get a refund.

Worst Dunkin donuts around the afternoon people don't care gave me sour tea again and the bacon has gotten terrible then you try to tell young lady she just rolled here eyes they don't care
The gentleman working the drive through today was awesome, his additude was unmatched and he wanted to be there! We need more people like him!!
Love, love, love my large frozen coffee with 6 caramel and 2 hazelnut shots, but they always manage to make it taste soooo much better!
Super delicious coffee, quick and fast in the drive thru. Workers are nice and so is the inside of the store.

The people they have working here are fantastic ? They always do a wonderful job. Drinks are great.
Better get there early in the morning or no donuts for you
