The takeout experience for lunch was quite satisfying. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was decent, but there’s room for improvement, which is why I rated it a 3. As for the atmosphere, even though I didn’t dine in, the restaurant had a pleasant vibe that I could appreciate while picking up my order, resulting in a rating of 4. Overall, a good spot for a budget-friendly lunch!
It seemed there was an issue with the ordering kiosk, causing delays in processing my order. I had to remove half of my selections to bring it within my budget. In the end, I couldn't even complete my order. However, when I approached the cashier, I had enough money to cover my entire original order. I noticed that someone else was experiencing similar problems. Additionally, there were promotions that the kiosk failed to apply to the relevant items as they were ordered.
Called my wife at 10:22am because our order was cancelled. Because they ran out of gravy. So I ordered everything again and she changed her order. Finally left at 10:58am just to get cold food. Couldn’t get a drink because everything diet was empty. Said something to the manager and the person he told to go change the bag started doing something else. I can get better service in the afternoon with a bunch of high schoolers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My order took quite a while because I requested my burger without mustard. When I finally received it, there was something unexpected in my burger, and despite being grilled, it didn’t have much flavor. The staff was very friendly when I asked for a replacement, but it took eight minutes to get it.
