Most of these reviews seem to be negative, but I kept on a whim at 6:30 p.m. on a wet (4/20/22) and, although they make that they leave the door closing (8 pm) without time, the place was impeccable, the coffee was fresh (most important concern) and the staff was polite and outraged. There was a very limited selection as it was the slow time for them, but they did what they could and I was glad I stopped. I think people do not always know that the employees are between a rock and a hard place if their employer policy is not always what is best for the customer. The girl was great, and I'm sure I'm going back.
I love Dunkin, but this particular location is absolute garbage….down to the employees. I ordered strawberry sprinkled donuts on the mobile app when I picked them up, they were cold and without sprinkles. When I asked where the sprinkles were, I was told that they weren’t putting sprinkles on them right now. The drive thru employee’s attitude was just so nonchalant and disgusting. Honestly they all need to be fired and replaced with people who are capable and actually want to do their jobs.
Went to this location today and ordered the drink i always get. Got told they couldn’t mix the 2 refreshers together even though it was a dunkin employee that showed me the drink. We told the girl that we would even pay for a second drink and she said no. She obviously doesn’t care about her job that much. The drive thru girl was very rude to start off with and we were being patient. i’m never going back here. the service was just awful and they rather argue then actually put an order in.
Went to lobby to order donuts, door was locked, it was opened after they mopped the lobby. They knew we were there, no one acknowledged us or even said "I am sorry, I will help you in a moment. One employee was by the register doing nothing, just great at ignoring us. The other employee was talking to drive thru order, walked by us at least 4 times. Ordered a medium energy cold brew, she handed me a hot coffee told her it's suppose to be iced. She took it back, came back handed it back to me. All they did was serve the hot coffee over ice. Dunkin management This is not a energy Cold brew. Ordered a avocado roasted tomato toast and got some kinda pesto sandwich Not busy at all just plain lazy employees! So now I'm drinking my Luke warm coffee and the sandwich is going straight to the trash can.
