Was in the mood for a doughnut. All day just craving this doughnut ?. Okay let me treat myself. Disappointment would be an understatement ? first of all I could barely understand the employee taking my order at the drive thru. I opted for two jelly and one chocolate glazed. All three were hard, old and stale most importantly tasteless. The jelly had a small portion of jelly and surrounded by this thick stale dough but plenty of powdered sugar. Then all the doughnuts had a very odd offensive taste and aroma as prepared with cheap imitation ingredients Really Dunkin?? This is what your brand is reduced to. Never again!!!
This place is really disappointing! They simply reheat frozen microwave products instead of preparing anything fresh. You can get the same quality from a $5 drip coffee maker and the frozen food aisle, and it would probably be better! For anyone wondering if Dunkin' Donuts has declined or if it’s just their memory, I can confirm that the quality has definitely gone down. Until the early 2000s, locations used to bake donuts fresh on-site, but then they transitioned to microwavable frozen items to cut costs, thinking customers wouldn't notice!
The fast service has gone downhill. They do not have enough people especially weekends. The drive thru line wait time has gotten ridiculous. Also, this location charges extra for flavors as do all of the DDs in PG County. They do not charge extrain the White counties. This is a fact and you can check. In the white neighborhoods, the flavors are included in the regularcoffee price.
For the first time at this location, the green tea taste disgusting. It tastes like the McDonald's unsweet tea from the container that never gets clean properly. I feel a little bit sick right now honestly. Also, the bathroom was closed as adriver. I always look forward to a clean bathroom. It's understandable, unlike the nasty tea. Hopefully it's not the same waynext time.

This dunkin is damn amazing. Never have to worry about a staff member getting an attitude because either you or them messed up the order. They are always wonderful
