I been to this Dunkin? Donuts several times. They always have issues with orders and giving stellar service. I?ve come to realize they are absolutely terrible with treating customers with care. I?ve watch them not only do this to me but many others. Their overall goal is to see how they cannot help you and to show the customer how you do not matter. They actually would not make the coffee the way I wanted them to. I actually paid my money and did not get the coffee I wanted! Very true. Customer please be aware. They are rude individuals. So sad.

The service was fairly quick, but the staff was not friendly at all. I understand it was early, but a smile or a simple 'thank you' would have been appreciated. We went through the drive-thru, and the place was well-lit enough to see everything clearly. The building looks clean and modern, making it quite inviting."
The service was absolutely terrible! The manager was rude and the employees didn’t help improve the situation. I had to wait while they rebooted the broken register, but it felt like the two girls at the front were arguing over who would take my order. I was left standing there feeling awkward and without any service! The manager just watched us all without a care in the world. Unbelievable!
Today was my first trip day and I found this DD in my way. I had the best customer service, and as a sales person, dealing with customers all day, I recognize how hard it is, and I also recognize the people who enjoy their job, that do it with passion. Thank you Devon! Because you just made my day with a great experience

If I don't do anything else, I’m definitely going to find a Dunkin’! This was probably one of the best-tasting coffees I've had in a long time! There was no one else in line, so the service was quick and efficient. If I'm in the area again, I’ll be back!
What the heck??? That was the worst oat milk latte I have ever had. I couldn't even taste the espresso. Maybe because they didn't use espresso? All it tasted like was oat milk.
This might be the best Dunkin’ in America and I feel qualified to say that as a former 2 year mayor of the Kenmore Dunkin’s ILY wouldn’t be surviving down here without you ??
This Dunkin is clean and the staff have always been friendly to me. I ate in the store and had a double espresso, donut and sourdough breakfast sandwich and it was great!
