It seems Dunkin' has changed ownership recently because every time I order my coffee to go, it’s always overloaded with milk despite my clear request for just one milk due to lactose intolerance. It’s really frustrating to keep going back and asking them to fix it. Sometimes I’m in such a hurry for work that I don’t even check the coffee beforehand and end up with a cup that's mostly milk, which I have to throw away and then go to another Dunkin' that gets my order right. I would love the opportunity to meet the owner because I feel strongly about addressing the hiring choices, especially regarding the immature and careless staff. This has been the worst Dunkin' location I've ever visited, and I'm now resolved to take steps to push for its permanent closure.
The food isn’t fresh, the drinks are disappointing, and the staff is unfriendly. I’ve given this place several chances, but they clearly don’t care. It’s no surprise there’s such high employee turnover!

The order is never correct. I placed a mobile order for a medium hot latte with almond milk but received just a coffee. Please make sure to double-check orders before leaving this location.
