Really bad customer service. I?ve been purchasing coffee from this place for a long time but until now they?re starting to make my drinks wrong and when I tell them that is made wrong, they tell me that it?s not supposed to have any sweetener when Ipurchased them I asked for a sweetener of any flavor and then when I go back to get the right drink, they edon?t want to give itto me, even though they told me over the phone that I will get a new drink.

Nayana at Dunkin is the best and has the best customer service!! Coffee is always on point and service is quick and easy. They even remember my order before I even say a word. They are super polite, fast, and efficient. I recommend there location to myfriends and family. Thank you..Nayana

In line for an half an hour final got to the drive-thru.. asked for white mocha. They replied have no mocha have no Frappuccino, so I just had to get coffee.. and had nothing prepared for breakfast.. I should have just went to Starbucks instead.. Not goingback to that place..

Says they close at 6pm on Friday. Well, I'm here and it's not 6pm and they're already closed. Nice to know they can afford to keep their business open at whatever times they please.

The gentleman behind the counter was too busy staring at my chest, I had to say ?oat milk? four times, and he had to ring it up as a separate transaction.
