I decided to return this afternoon because I was really craving my Dunkin'. I mentioned the mistake to the clerk, and they told me it would cost $6.42 for a new order. However, when I got back to work, I discovered that there was barely any cream in my coffee. I pass several Dunkin' locations every morning between Villa Park and Carol Stream, and I think it might be time to find a different one.
The staff at this restaurant is truly remarkable! They are exceptionally kind, and I always have full confidence in their work. It's widely recognized that the quality at many chain restaurants can fluctuate greatly based on the staff, but this team stands out as truly exceptional. Dunkin is lucky to have such talented individuals!

This Dunkin' runs out of donuts faster than any other location I've been to. It’s really frustrating trying to order a variety of flavors only to find they’re always sold out. Why even offer donuts if they’re never available?
Visited the other day and thankfully all the donuts were in stock! My family loves the Boston Creme donuts, but the size has gotten smaller while the prices have increased—hence the deduction of one star.
