I've noticed that they always have only two types of donut holes available, and when I ask for a mixed selection, they don’t bother to inform me that they’re out of the others. They simply give me the two kinds they have left, as if that counts as a mix. This has happened to me twice, so I always make sure to ask now, but the staff is usually rude about it, as if it's a hassle to provide an update. I treat my daughter to donut holes every month on a Sunday morning, and it’s consistently the same experience. I will be trying a different Dunkin' Donuts from now on.
5 stars for the experience there is always a joy! The girls who work there are usually really friendly and helpful. 2 stars for Just one problem. I noticed that if I order something that needs to be roasted.. There is always a smell and taste of burned or smokiness (not in good way) on bread. Sometimes I can eat it and I'm like whatever, but sometimes it's a really strong smell/taste and I end throw away what I just paid for
I visit this place every day for coffee and snacks. I'd say it's the best Dunkin' location I've been to so far. The staff is incredibly efficient and friendly; they never mix up my order. Even though the lines are long every morning, it’s impressive how smoothly everything runs. I used to frequent McDonald's, but I often had problems with my orders there, so now I always come here instead. I highly recommend it! 10/10!
I ordered a $4.50 coffee plus tax and specifically requested an Americano with cream—nothing else. Instead, I received a regular black coffee, not even an Americano. I'm owed a refund, but more than that, I'm curious how, in an empty store with no one in line in front or behind me, there's such a difficulty in getting a simple order right.

The manager of this place should not be the manager. My son had one interview and she wasn't even there. Scheduled a second interview she was there but told him she was to busy to do the interview. So, I went in with him and then she told him they were fully staffed. Undeliverable!!
Never had a Dunkin’ take 15 fricken minutes to handle 3 cars. Made me late for work and everything. This is supposed to be a quick stop. 3 people standing by the register and they still can’t get my order right. Overstaffed and underworked surely.
This is the best Dunkin' in America! Manager Michelle is an amazing and exceptional person, and Yadira always brightens my day with her cheerful smile! As long as they are here, I will always keep coming back.
I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 because I ordered a croissant with egg, sausage, and cheese, but they only included cheese and egg, leaving out the sausage. However, I still loved it!

Came in for ice cream and donuts and Justin helped us and he was very friendly and great with our kids even though he was very busy. Definitely coming back again. Thanks
