Instead of addressing my concerns, she went to speak with her coworkers and claimed that I wanted their names, but I was just pointing out that she was the only one who acknowledged me. The other employees were preoccupied with taking orders. Katrina ignored me again, continued to take more orders, and never provided her name or returned my entry ticket. I had to go outside to my car to get my phone. I even took a picture of her to ensure I had the right person, as I felt she was trying to avoid giving me the receipt, which would contain the transaction details including the time and who assisted me.

Later that afternoon, around 2:45 PM, I waited in line for seven minutes. They said they would take my order soon, but after another three minutes, they came back to the speaker and told me they had closed—at 2:50 PM! Nobody closes that early. Once again, they refused to make my drink.
I tried again the next day and ordered regular coffee, which tasted burnt. Today, I gave it another chance. The coffee was okay, but my cup was only three-quarters full, and although I ordered hashbrowns, I got just four tiny pieces.

I usually get my order from uber eats but this morning I went in person. I buy breakfast from this location regularly for my staff and myself, but the Hispanic lady who is cashier or manager here is extremely HOSTILE, RUDE and RACIST (the person talked fine with others) I will not go to this location anymore until management make some changes with this lady and I will make sure that none of my staff buys breakfast from here.
Wow, the drive-thru lady at the Oak Brook Dunkin' Donuts is amazing! She displayed fantastic customer service skills—so friendly, welcoming, and full of energy. She made me want to eat there again! She also had large COVID-19 signs, which I appreciated. I just wish I had caught her name. She truly is fantastic! Go Oak Brook Dunkin' Donuts!

As for parking, there are options available in the front, side, and back, but it can get tricky after 4 pm because the restaurant next door shares those spots and opens at that time. On a positive note, they are exceptionally kind to children, making it a great family-friendly spot!
The cashier can be quite rude when asked to remake an incorrect order. She also tends to be intrusive, looking into your car if you're on FaceTime. Overall, her attitude is unpleasant and makes you hesitant to come back to this location.
Every time I visit this restaurant, the staff is consistently friendly, which I really appreciate! I always place my orders through the app, and when I arrive, everything is always ready and accurate. Thank you!
Horrible customer service! The manager was very rude even when THEY mess up your order. Horrible hours as well for a Dunkin. I will never use this location ever again.

Never got my hashbrowns with my order and I waiting for almost 15 minutes. Every other car around me got there order in a timely fashion. Not coming here again
I placed my order through the drive-thru, and my drinks were skillfully made. The staff welcomed me with a friendly smile and delivered outstanding service.
