I order the same thing nearly every day: a medium or large hot coffee with oat milk and four sugars, plus a chocolate frosty with whipped cream for my coworker. I've placed this order at the intercom and at the window multiple times without issue. However, today was a different story. The drive-thru staff and the manager couldn’t get my simple order right. Since I'm lactose intolerant and have a bad reaction to dairy, I was alarmed when I noticed my coffee had a richer color than usual. It clearly wasn't made with oat milk. I drove back to the location and ended up having a heated argument about how mixing up orders can affect people's health. When I asked for a refund, the manager insisted...
Terrible service. The older woman at the counter seemed to need a hearing aid and quite an attitude adjustment. She was quite rude and acted as if she couldn’t hear my order. Many people in line behind me became frustrated and ended up leaving while she continued to feign being hard of hearing. She deliberately messed up my order, charging me for two wake-up wraps but only providing one, and it was burnt. It seems like unless you’re part of their inner circle, they don’t care about you, your order, or your business. They need to improve.
This place is ridiculous with the service Always have to wait long inside in the drive through. Plus you usually don?t get what you ordered or they make the the wrong thing or they just conveniently forget to give you what you ordered plus theyovercharge you as well . So be cautious when going here . Not the best place to go . Can?t believe it sometimes . They alsodon?t understand what you asking for or how to give change , something so simple but yet so hard for them .
I went in to purchase an assortment of 12 donuts and 2 quarts of chocolate chip of ice cream and ended up paying 21.98 for the ice cream (which is absurd). After asking about it, the person who worked there got nasty with me and told me to leave. Theywill have attitude with you for asking a simple question!

This restaurant consistently messes up orders or doesn't know how to prepare certain dishes. My iced mocha latte is never consistent, even when I order it the same way every time. The oreo layered sundae I recently ordered had no layers at all, just ice cream. It's frustrating.
Dunkin' has the worst customer service I've encountered among all the locations I've visited. The staff are often slow and frequently engaged in personal conversations instead of focusing on the menu.
I found a maggot at the bottom of my coffee at this restaurant. It was absolutely revolting.
