I was reading previous reviews of this place and I want to know what people are seeing because I am in this location Monday to Saturday 3 times a day and I have never seen anything of what is being said! The staff is always friendly! I have never seen a young child making drinks so that person is on something if he thinks the ladies that work there are young! I noticed the prices recently went up but that’s normal in any business! The service is always fast especially in the morning when they are busy! Never have I been charged double or extra for anything that I didn’t order! The guy at the register repeats everything you order back from size to what is in it so how are they able to charge...
Don?t. Just go somewhere else. I?m reading that the staff is rude it?s absolutely true! Our family made a pit stop here for coffee, donuts, and breakfast. I needed to use the restroom and a woman working there stopped me to argue back and forth withme, making up nonsensical reasons as to why I can?t use the OPEN restroom. She finally warned me that I needed to ?hurry up andbe very fast?. This woman waited for me outside the bathroom door to begin yelling at me as I opened the door saying I took toolong and that she told me I could only to be a few seconds. Excuse me?! I stopped by this location for a quick morning run and was impressed with the service I received. The staff worked well together, were friendly and polite, and the restaurant was spotless. I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but when I do indulge, it's always pumpkin spice, which was just as delicious as ever! I also ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, and the gentleman added extra cream cheese, which was a nice touch. Thanks for the great service!
On Sunday at 6:45 PM, I found that I could only order regular coffee because they close at 7 PM. I understand it's Sunday and everyone wants to get home quickly, as I work Sundays too. However, the closing time is supposed to be 7 PM, not 6:45. If you don’t want to work on Sundays, that’s fine, but maybe let someone who does want to work take your place. Reserva una mesa ahora
I had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. The staff completely ignored me when it suited them. I waited by the register for five minutes, and even though there were two employees visible, one intentionally looked away from me while the other went to the back of the store. All I wanted was a cup of coffee.
