Playa Bowls - Reserva de mesa

As a loyal customer of Playa Bowls, I am disappointed with the service at the West Caldwell location. Today, I ordered 6 bowls and the employee who prepared my order used dirty gloves to cut the fruit and pack my order. When I asked her to change the lid, she responded rudely and with attitude. The manager was not available and another employee told me that they would only change the lid this one time. This experience has led me to decide not to return to Playa Bowls West Caldwell in the future.

I?ve been to other playa bowls locations. This place is good. Fresh fruits and fresh ingredients. Clean tables. Good customer service- smiling and seem happy to be working and making my bowls. Good music playing in the background. I?d def come back if I?m ever around in the area again.

I have been to many Playa Bowls this one is by far the best, always get a good sized bowl, the ingredients are always fresh and as a bonus if you eat there they play good music too. We even drive a little farther to go to this Playa Bowls and it's worth it.

I love Playa Bowls West Caldwell!! Each time I visit the friendly staff works soo fast to make my bowl or smoothie and it's always fresh delicious!!
