I am a constant playa bowls customer and am familiar with all the customer service expectations that Playa Bowls Corporate group has for its employees. The West Caldwell location is extremely incompetent and far away from meeting these expectations. Today Ipurchased 6 bowls and the girl who completed my order cut the fruit and packaged my order with dirty gloves. She handled myorder carelessly, making all of the lids and even the bag dirty with fruit remains. I kindly asked her to change the lids, andher response was extremely rude, rolling her eyes and giving me an attitude. I asked for the manager, who apparently was not inthe store. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! I ordered takeout for lunch and was impressed with everything. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5, and the service was equally exceptional, also a 5. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. I highly recommend trying the Tropical Acai Bowl—it's delicious! Additionally, there's plenty of free parking available, which is a nice bonus. Overall, an excellent choice for a lunch outing!
This Playa location is great! The staff are friendly and work hard to get orders out on time even when there's a big crowd waiting. The products are made well and consistently and overall, I love coming here for my smoothies!Parking: This location is in a shopping center so there is a large parking lot with plenty of spaces. Can be a little tricky navigating because the lanes are mostly one way, so just watch the signs!
As a former Jersey girl, I've been longing for Playa Bowls, and I was aware that there weren't any in Long Island. When I discovered that this location had opened, I had to check it out. The staff was incredibly friendly, and my Stupid Cupid bowl was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be coming back to this location often.

Do not go to this specific playa bowls. Playa bowls is an amazing place with healthy foods but this ne is horrible. There is 2 employees and it took them 35 minutes to make 2 bowls! Both employees spent half the time after I ordered talking and on there phones. Horrible. Go to a different one. They also forgot my protien powder
I love seeing my buddies here like Molly Annie Erica and Abby!!!! All my BFF's here never fail to make my day whenever I come on by and grab my usual order. In which everytime is made perfectly as well as efficiency! I recommend this location to anyone in the area looking to get a nice tasty fruit yummy!!!!!
