I ordered one coffee but was charged for two, and both were made incorrectly. The lines are always long, and while most of the staff are friendly, a few can be rude. They often burn the bread when toasting and seem to rush everyone constantly. Mobile orders aren't picked up in a secure area, and the menu options available on the app differ from those at the counter. They frequently don’t prepare your mobile order until you arrive. If you have the option, I recommend going to the campus Starbucks instead—this place isn’t worth it. They also often run out of hash browns and replace them with tater tots in the cafeteria.
