I typically don't write negative reviews, but this place is ridiculous. Avoid it unless you want to receive coffee with rotten milk or incorrect orders. The staff appears to have no interest in working and seem bothered when taking food orders. Out of 8 orders, 7 were incorrect in the past 3 weeks. More than half of the time, my coffee was ice cold and tasted burnt or old. Pouring cold or old coffee into someone's cup when they ordered a hot coffee is unacceptable. It seems like this is considered acceptable work in 2022. If you decide to visit, make sure to double check your order before leaving. I'm not the only one who has experienced this. This Indian lady is very mean to children, including my daughter. She always messes up orders, threaten kids, and kicks them out. I hope you can fix this problem for a saver environment for my kids and I. She is not child friendly or understanding.

I was refused service because of my race at this restaurant, the establishment was dirty, and when I finally received my order, it was incorrect. The sausage on my Sausage, Egg, and Cheese sandwich was not even cooked properly.

I am not a fan of Dunkin Donuts because I prefer Peter Pan Donuts and there are many other tastier options out there. The desserts at Dunkin Donuts are not bad, but they are not my favorite place to go.

The staff is very friendly, and using mobile ordering is the most efficient option. The short lines can quickly turn into long ones, so it's best to order ahead.

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich but somehow the guy working forgot the bacon. It's only three ingredients. Terrible experience.
