This DD location NEVER misses a beat. I am a Dunkin' Rewards member so I always order ahead, and though I know when to submit my order so it's fresh when I get there, I have never had any issues. They are always friendly, always smiling, always solving any issues that may arise. Today, they had to close due to a watermain break, but since I ordered on the app they still crafted my breakfast sandwich and substituted my drink for something they were able to make. I live 40 minutes away from this location and have my choice of multiple other stores, but none of them are as kind as this store.

I must say that this Dunkin’ truly stands out as a fast food coffee shop, as they take great pride in making their customers feel at home. I often place my drink order a few minutes ahead of time, and it’s always ready when I get there. The staff consistently greets me with smiles and kindness. The drinks and food are always well-prepared. This place has become my go-to spot whenever I crave a specialty coffee or a breakfast sandwich.

This Dunkin Donuts in Sparks MD is the best. The service there is fast and they have no waiting lines.... everyone staff members work together getting these orders out quickly...They greet me every time I go there and as soon as they see me coming through the door....very pleasant atmosphere... This was my first time visiting this location. My daughter picked up the order, but she didn't have to wait too long. I ordered the Texas toast breakfast sandwich. It is always good. Consistently friendly and quick service! I ordered takeout for breakfast, and the price per person was between $50 and $100. I highly recommend the Wake Up Wrap with sausage, egg, and cheese, as well as the donuts—either the assorted half dozen or a full dozen.
