We are local to the area, and it's been a while since we stopped in to eat. Upon walking into the main dining room, we could smell a musty odor, which I think came from the dirty carpet on the floor. When you walk into the dining room, you will immediately smell it. We should have left, but we were hungry. My wife had the meatloaf with a pasta salad. I had the blackened chicken sandwich. The meatloaf was very mushy and had no taste. The pasta salad was nothing but mayonnaise and not edible. The blackened chicken was just grilled with absolutely no seasoning and was dripping with grease. The place needs a complete makeover, and the quality of the food needs to improve dramatically. The restaurant has a charming vintage atmosphere, complemented by outstanding service and delicious food. The sausage gravy outshines the cream chipped beef, while the waffles, sausage, and bacon are exceptionally tasty. I recommend skipping the biscuits in favor of the rye toast. The chicken fried steak is the best we've ever had. However, the true highlights are the staff—always attentive and incredibly friendly.

I often dine at this restaurant, and today I decided to try the fish and chips for the first time. It was outstanding! They didn't have vinegar to go with it, which would have made it even better. The chips were a quarter potato wedges and perfectly seasoned. The waitress was attentive and friendly.

We are regulars here because of how welcoming the staff are and how good the diner-style home cooked meals are. They get fresh baked goods from yayas every Friday. 100% recommend Reserva una mesa ahora

the server was very good,the sausage was not and the food was bearly warm.we will not return Parking: weekday morning, so there was plenty of room.
