I had one of the worst experiences ever at Dunkin'! I decided to go inside because the drive-thru line was absurdly long. I placed an online order and ended up waiting for half an hour. During that time, the staff didn’t even acknowledge my order; they were far too busy attending to the drive-thru customers. One employee was glued to her phone with her AirPods in, while the others completely ignored everyone in the store. After two people who arrived after me left in frustration, I finally received my coffees and munchkins. Unfortunately, my coffee was completely incorrect—I ordered French vanilla, but it tasted like pecan, and none of the drinks had cold foam as promised. Dunkin' is usually...
I don 't get coffee out too often as I usually make it myself at home, but if I do treat myself, this is where I go. It 's quick, not as expensive as starbrokes , and they always take my crazy demands with a smile. I never feel judged for my excessive useof 9 sugars. Thanks guys. ???? You da bomb! ???? We go there on a weekly basis and it gets progressively worse. Today I got two pancake wake up wraps and my cousin got two. Hers were freezing cold with no syrup that is supposed to come with them. Then I got parked to eat mine and the first one had a hairon it (short enough to be a beard hair) and the other one was freezing cold with no syrup that is supposed to come with them.
The service was atrocious—the staff primarily concentrates on the drive-thru and seems completely oblivious to the situation inside the restaurant. The manager also seems a bit overwhelmed. They really need to bring in some new employees.

Not sure whether this shop is under staffed. We went into the shop today to buy donuts. No one greeted us. There were only 2 varieties of donuts. We waited for few minutes and came out without buying anything.
This is the best Dunkin' location I frequent. They consistently make my drink perfectly and are extremely patient when I place a larger order. Their service is quick, and they always keep a positive attitude.
I used my reward points to get my grandson a croissant egg and bacon sandwich. Among other things and my order was wrong and no sandwich for my grandson he was very upset.. to far to turn back around..
Ran by a bunch of young kids who have No clue what they are doing. Never got my order correct. Then act like its my job to give them the solution.
