The staff did not wear masks and were coughing and sneezing near the uncovered donuts, which is concerning. Additionally, the employees were very rude and raised their voices at customers. I ordered a hot caramel latte, and it was not up to the standard I've come to expect from Dunkin’ Donuts. When I mentioned to one of the staff members that the coffee was excessively sweet and that I had to throw it away, she reacted by yelling at me in front of other customers, saying it wasn't the first time I had complained and telling me never to come back.

Do yourself a favor and get your coffee from the McDonald's on 37/38th Street. The staff here are rude, entitled like this is a family operation they can never get fired from, so they can get away with treating customers like garbage. I had a more honest and detailed review, took it down, but weeks later I just want to warn people to avoid wasting their and interacting with disgruntled and entitled people spitefully making and handling you food and beverages. Plus the coffee is sour, like the put effort into making sure it was brewed both weak but with a strong sour taste. I hope by this time next year this garbage shop is closed and out of business.
Standard Dunkin? Donuts with consistent flavors BUT they lose points with me because of the employee attitudes. Most of them chit chat about you right in front of the customers and spend way too long making simple coffee orders. I do appreciate whoever makes the cakes because they always get the custom cakes done perfectly but they need to reconsider how they train their employees
Just left this place. It’s 90degrees in there. Staff is over worked too many online orders and too many people inside. I cancelled my order bec I didn’t want to wait since they are understaffed. They charged me and i never got a refund. Not the fault of the staff, fault of the franchise. Id give negative stars if I could. Went across the street to 711

This is one of the few late-night spots in Sunnyside. I've placed several orders here, and they've always gotten it right—no complaints. The restaurant is quite small, so dining in isn’t really an option. I do feel that the ice cream selection could be better, but given the limited space, it’s understandable that there isn’t a wide variety.
Additionally, I ordered two dragon fruit strawberry iced tea refreshers—one for my daughter—and I suspect they just dumped in the mix because it tasted excessively sweet and unappetizing compared to what I've had before. It seems they were rushing to close up, but that’s just not acceptable.

Terribly slow? took 35 minutes to get 2 mochas and 2 egg sandwich. Staff ignored customers, leaving to many people leaving. When asked about my order, staff ignored me.

I love my local dunkin Just very slow guys. Sometimes you wait 10 minutes for a small ice coffee with 1 or 2 customers in the place it's just so slow.
The place was crowded and the service was slow. I wanted to buy a quantity of donuts but they were not even available.
