Hey DD are you guys reading your reviews, or do you just don't care??????? your store is really setting an example of poor customer service and terribly rude, untrained staff, who just don't care about the mission of your organization. Your staff's prioritization of neglecting your costumers is only superseded by their carelessness toward store cleanliness, and blatant disrespect of your costumers, inappropriate language and out of place comradery. These deficits are a clear example of a lack of supervision, improper training and poor moral and esteem among your team members. Your staff appears hopeless at times. I have been to this store on numerous occasions and your staff consistently fall short of the standards we [your costumers have come to expect and demand], usually by ignoring waiting customers and being undeservingly rude to us. So, to the managers/owners of the DD at 25 Hackensack ave. have a cup of your own coffee, wake up, and make some changes to alleviate the pain and suffering your costumers endure while visiting your store. Unlike your staff you have no excuses for not making your store better. Your reviews have spoken and are descript of the situation at the store; so do something about it. Retrain your staff, hold them accountable to a better standard of service to your costumers, after all, our coffee should not be so bitter!!
