What horrible, disrespectful staff. That guy who worked at the counter today, October 21st, 430PM needs to be fired and never see a job ever again. First of all, all I asked for was light ice and he rolled his eyes at me so I walked out and my boyfriendfinished getting our order. And my boyfriend only asked him to throw out the dunkin donuts gift cards we used and the employeelaughed in my boyfriend's face and basically told him to throw it out himself because there's garbage cans all around him andit's on his way out Absolutely ridiculous

First time at this location. Weird it?s not a drive through since it seems built for it. Cashier was okay. He wasn?t super friendly when asked regarding menu items. Also found it a weird set up as to where you are waiting for your food/drink wascramped/crowded. When cashier handed me my drink, he waved me goodbye but I never got my food items and I had to remindhim. Don?t order the chai latte. It?s insanely sweet and barely tastes like chai!

When the cashier gave me my drink, he waved me goodbye, but I never got my food and I had to remind him. Don't order the chai latte. It's crazy sweet and hardly tastes like Chai!

This place is horrible when it comes to curbside pick up. Waited over 20 minutes and had to limp my way inside to get my order which they misplaced. If it was busy i understand but the kid was on his phone and the other gentle was trying to look busy. Irecommend going to quick chek next door for faster service. Reserva una mesa ahora

The crew working at 3:30pm Friday 11/11 was incredibly friendly. Just all around exceptional service with an authentic welcoming attitude. Bravo. If my coffee was incorrect (it wasn't; it was exactly what I ordered) I'd still return because of the service.

Very clean. Comfortable chairs. The restroom is clean. Friendly customer service. Actually, a five-star experience in this place. I should congratulate the owner and manager of this franchise.
