Dear Dunkin' Team,
I wanted to share my recent experience with you. If I receive another poorly made coffee tomorrow (January 10, 2023), I won’t be returning. I have three other Dunkin' locations nearby, but I used to love the Rosemont location because I could always rely on getting a hot and perfectly brewed coffee on my way to work. However, last week was quite disappointing as I consistently received substandard coffee.
Today is Monday, and starting my week with a cold coffee is not what I had in mind. I used to ask how many staff members were on shift, and if there were three, I would happily tip five dollars for everyone. Now, unfortunately, I have to make my coffee at home before cat...
I dine here almost every weekday before heading to work. The staff is very friendly, and if you’re a regular, they go out of their way to remember your order, creating a welcoming atmosphere—like being in the company of friends you haven’t met yet. The food is always fresh. I can’t comment on the coffee since I don’t drink it, but I notice many customers come back daily for it, so it must be great. Overall, I would rate this place an 8 out of 10.
Today, as usual, I visited Dunkin' Donuts but was shocked to find a hair in my order! I’m very disappointed and won’t be ordering here again. This is especially upsetting since it’s been my favorite place. Please require your employees to wear hair nets!
I placed an order through my app, but when I arrived, the owner claimed he couldn't find it. He didn't offer any assistance or a refund. I paid for something I never received. Thank you, but I won't be coming back to this location again.

The customer service was very poor. The staff couldn't cancel my order, and I ended up paying for something I didn't want. Make sure to double-check your order, as it seems the staff is not well-trained in the technology systems!
I would give it 0 stars if I could! I requested a cup of water for my pregnant fiancée, and the staff insisted on charging me a dollar, refusing to provide it for free. Charging a dollar for a cup of water is outrageous.
Your donuts are exceptionally sweet and absolutely delightful! I really appreciate their breakfast menu and everything they have to offer. Without a doubt, it's the best fast food around!
Dunkin' Donuts serves up excellent coffee every time. The coffee is consistently great! Can you please open more locations in Colorado and Wyoming? Also, I love exploring the menu!

Chicago really has the best coffee. There are moments when the city's cold weather makes you crave a warm cup, and they definitely know how to provide it.
The staff member here is often unfriendly and has a negative demeanor. Additionally, the prices on the menu don't match what you're charged.
