I don’t want to fault them for limited parking and no drive through but that is something you deal with coming here. That’s not the reason for one star though, it’s completely the service and food. My latte was made poorly, my bagel wasn’t toasted at all and the breakfast sandwich was cold. The workers were all rude none of them said thank you, and when I thanked them the could have cared less. Definitely not worth the hassle unless you’re in a pinch
this place is a MESS. truly never been to a worse dunkin before. i’ve been coming here for 5 months now and yet to have a good experience. the workers are rude and high all the time. everything about this place sucks. my friend mobile ordered 20 minutes in advance and we still ended up waiting in the store for 30 minutes. never seen a more unprofessional and unorganized setting in my life.
?Fast, Friendly Service?Dunkin' was running a coupon-related marketing campaign, so I stopped in to grab a few items for lunch. The food and beverages both hit the spot, and the staff member working the counter was personable, efficient, and friendly. The experience added to my overall enjoyment of my time in Newport.
The service at this location is consistently terrible, with the workers being quite rude and also overworked. They've also given me the wrong items three times in a row, I will not be going back, just a shame I have to drive all the way to Middletown now Reserva una mesa ahora

It's 5:40 PM, and the store closes at 7 PM. There are no donuts available, and the frozen machine is already turned off for the night, according to the cashier. Why is that?
Lady took a blinker right in front of me and then proceeded to mess up two of my sandwiches and then not even put the third one in the bag. Waste of $45.
