Good place to drink a coffee. Bathrooms are always out of service. Why? Easy, they don't want customers to use them. Not only people by, but the customer in general. Not good. If we have denied this type of services to the customer, they have no choice but to make shops in the gardens. It is a big problem in Albany area and the citizens or legislators do nothing about it.
