Went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 beyond breakfast sandwiches. The gave us bacon and egg sandwiches. my daughters (teenagers) went into the store to return the food, and ask for the correct order. The man at the register insisted that the bacon and egg sandwiches were in fact vegan! My daughters tried to explain that the food we received was not what we wanted. The man yelled and embarrassed my daughters. We requested a refund, he was hesitant and insisted that we choose something else from the menu. We demanded a refund, and the man put on a show for the other customers with his disrespectful disposition, yelling, and poor customer service before providing the refund. Do not support...

The employees at this location consistently do not wear masks or do not wear them correctly, regardless of the time of day or which staff members are on duty. The service is usually quite slow, although it has been a bit quicker recently. The accuracy of orders is around 60%; they often forget items or fail to ring them up entirely. Even when I've had my order read back to me correctly, some items have still been missing.

Went to this establishment for coffee and doughnuts. I was rushed through my ordering. He was short and impatient. Once I got to the window. I was allowed to finish ordering. The attendant sas very short. The crew was laughing and looking at me. One member stared at me until until he made eye contact. Then he shook his head. I will never go back. These people have poor customer service

This is my favorite Dunkin' location! The parking lot can be quite challenging, so I recommend either parking in a nearby area or using the drive-thru. Other than that, the service is quick, the drinks are prepared perfectly, and the staff is consistently friendly and efficient. Reserva una mesa ahora

I've loved my dunkin for years. One of the things that keeps me coming out of the delicious coffee is how courteous the staff are!! You really try to please you and even if an item is not available, because of the professionalism they show you can't be crazy!

They make my coffee right every single time! Makes life good when I get my coffee from this particular location. My guy always sings the order at the drive through window too. Thank you for making my day a little brighter!

This place never opens on time. The sign at the door says 5 AM, but it can be as late as 5:15. This happens Monday through Friday.
