Even though this Dunkin 's outlet doesn 't have a drive thru and is super tiny inside with barely any wiggle room it still gets a steady steam of folks all day long as it sits in the heart of JP. The donuts and hot items are all processed, fast food fare, while the coffee isn 't anything to write home about, but it 's all cheap, especially if you have the addictive mobile app with all its targeted offers. Folks still swear by Dunkin 's here in the Boston area where it all started, and at least the staff members here are able to handle a constant onslaught of orders methodically and professionally. The food was served quickly and hot. Everyone was very polite, especially the young man who took my order; he was very kind. I regret not asking for his name. He was at the register at 10:20 AM on June 18, 2022. I would give this place a 5 out of 5 and highly recommend it.
I've visited hundreds of Dunkin' locations across the country, and very few know how to prepare food the way Dunkin' is meant to be. Every time I come here, I'm never let down; the food is consistently excellent. This is definitely one of the best Dunkin' spots around!
It's a pretty busy location. Food and drinks are typical for a Dunkin, but I often have small errors in my order (like too much sugar/flavor). Workers are generally doing their best, but it's still a bit chaotic.

Excellent, friendly staff, cleanliness throughout, freshly brewed coffee donuts , breakfast sandwiches and cold beverages to add the special magical touch to your day! Simply tasty. Highly recommended!
Do I even need to say anything? My cup was literally filled with cinnamon milk. Not an ounce of coffee. And they didn’t even have the decency to fill it up all the way.
People nice and friendly , but what I don't like is when they wear gloves and touch every thing food, money, clean with the same gloves is just about every DD in town.
I had a very big order everybody worked as a team to see to it that it was met. Especially this very nice woman who packed my car personally. I so appreciate her.

Excellent service! I received a complimentary donut, and the hash browns were served piping hot. Everything was delicious!
If you’re going to be out of everything everyday by 2pm might as well close the whole location down. Just wasting space
